Next look at where clutter is accumulating. If people are dropping things in one place, consider putting some sort of storage bin there. This will allow you to turn piles of mess into neatly stored boxes of mess, hiding the unsightliness of such things from prying eyes.
Finally you should try to ensure that there is plenty of flow to the room. The more tight or cramped a space is the more likely something is going to go awry. Instead you should try and clear large walk ways and spaces for people to easily move into and out of the room. Just think about it, an empty room can’t get messy. While you don’t want the space devoid of décor, you should still take a minimalist approach when trying to organize this busy bustling space.
