What is the best/cheepest method to seal a broken ceramic mosaic and coat over the sharp edges?
Looking for the best finish for a broken plate mosaic coffe table project that isnt expensive and can at least cover over the sharp edges.
A poured-on epoxy finish. Be prepared to do this in an area with excellent ventilation but no chance of bugs, dust or lint landing on the drying epoxy.
If your table doesn’t have raised edges, you might have to build a “form” for the edges – so the epoxy doesn’t run off the sides. Hopefully the product will have some suggestions for non-stick materials to use.
