Can anybody tell me how I can use broken mirror pieces in a mosaic project????
Hi, I have been feeling a bit creative latley.. I broke a large mirror I have, but didn’t want to through it away..
I have one of those small round 3 legged tables accent tables in my living room.. mine doesen’t have just the plywood or wood top, mine has a formica top, with tiny littlee specs of a gold/ butterscoth color to it…
I want to use the pieces of the broken mirror in a mosaic fashion to go on the table top.. If I use grout, You can’t see the natural pattern on the table. I want to use and adhesive, and maybe a clear epoxy or gloss or something.. when I put the mirror pieces on you can feel that they aren’t quite even.. so I need a filler that is clear…
Any suggestions will be helpfull….

I don’t want to cover the hole thing up, I just want a little bit to show through ,…but the pieces look very elegant on top….
If you want to show the top why cover it? You could always get a small round and just glue your mirror on it like a dresser top mirror.
