how to draft a gathered halter neck pattern?
im making a dress with a gathered halter neck, something like this

i was wondering how to make the pattern for just the top, i already know how to make the skirt
You could take a neck pattern from another dress or top and use it as the band and then make the top of the dress with a slip through band and place the band of the neck through and then fasten it down. My experience if practice and try again until you have it the way you want it.
