I was wondering where I can get:
-Mosaic mirror chips
-Black stilettos (though not to high)
-White Lace tights
-Black Braces

primark have heels all the time you will probably be able to find the tights and braces there aswell.
if not then claires are likely to have the braces.
most craft stores have mosaic mirror chips. try somewhere like hobby craft.
