Why are lines overlapping on my web pages in some browsers?
I use Yahoo Site Builder to design my website. I am discovering that the pages don’t always display correctly on other computers depending on the resolution they are using or the type of browser. The most common problem is text overlapping other text and images making most of the page unreadable. The pages look fine on my computer though. Is there anyway I can get around this problem by still using Yahoo Site Builder? Maybe using smaller fonts and larger text boxes to account for some overlap? I don’t know how to write HTML to start over completely. I’ve tried to e-mail Yahoo for help, but have never gotten a response.

Different browsers interpret html code differently. It’s something professional developers run into every day. On top of that your page may not be what is called “liquid” meaning that it properly adjusts sizes of certain elements depending on the size of the browser window.
Unfortunately I don’t know the Yahoo Site Builder well enough to advise you on that. I would probably say that it’s not quite advanced enough to take these two things into account and you’re probably stuck with it the way it is.
