how can i get my glass mosaic back to look fresh and clean (less muddy) without using an ascid based product?
I installed a glass mosaic back splash in my kitchen, the problem is that i chose to use a black grout as my granite is black… big mistake, now it looks muddy and dated how can i get it to look fresh and clean (less muddy) without using an ascid based product (don’t want to screw up my new granite) ?
The easiest thing to try is vinegar. It should help bring back the original color of the grout as long as there is no oil, grease or sealer on the grout. If this doesn’t work you might be able to find a grout sealer that will darken the grout again. In any event when you get it the way you want it make sure you seal it to keep it that way.
