I’m having trouble finding the answer. I think I might be using the incorrect formula. Can anyone help?

Since the tile is going on the border of the square, it sounds like you need to find the perimeter of the square (5 + 5 + 5 + 5). Then multiply the perimeter by the cost per foot (4.83). That should get you your answer.
